Atelier AUREX

• Fields of interest of atelier AUREX cover especially:
  A -architecture
  U - urban planning
  R - regional physical planning
  E - ecology and environment
  X - geographical information systems and other activities.
• Atelier AUREX offers to investors willing to invest in Slovakia considerable amount of services, e.g.:
  · information on the legislative issues including consultation on the Planning
    and Building Act as well as connected regulations and measures,
  · basic data of the Slovak towns and municipalities,
  · help in contacts and negotiations both with the municipalities and the state
    administration bodies,
  · list of spaces free for development in various parts of the selected towns
    and their basic data,
  · topical information on the situation in planning documentation approval,
  · city and city parts maps,
  · elaboration of prospect studies and location studies,
  · elaboration of development area analyses,
  · elaboration of pilot and/or development studies,
  · co-operation in architecture projects,
  · elaboration of EIA reports, etc.
• Atelier AUREX offers its services to regional associations, towns and municipalities as well as private companies in the field of applications for grant supports financed under the individual operational programmes from EU Structural funds.
• Atelier AUREX uses the individual know-how and skills of its employees also for
  · teaching specialized subjects (urban planning, territorial planning, regional
    planning, environmental impact assessment etc.) at the Faculty of Architecture
    of the Slovak Technical University Bratislava as well as the Economic university
    Bratislava,
  · lecturing and training organized by the Training Centre of the Ministry of Building
    and Regional Planning of SR as well as other organisers, expert assistance
    to the capital of Slovak Republic - Bratislava in form of participation
    in the municipal government committees.
